System Administrator

At Pretius, we are looking for System Administrator responsible for the design, deployment and troubleshooting of Enterprise IT systems and solutions.

Project / Role

• Lead the delivery of IT projects within the organization

• Help develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans

• Develop sophisticated system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance

• Define and document best practices and support procedures

• Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation

• Perform research, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to complex issues for new system technologies, on prem and cloud-based, in physical and virtual deployments

• Carry out special tasks at Management's direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a System Administrator role

• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2019–2025), Microsoft Application Servers, and modern management technologies

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 / Azure / Intune across all services

• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP and Group Policy design and configuration

• Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or equivalent

• Solid understanding of core networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting concepts

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

• Advanced knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation tasks

• Experience in global deployments and rollouts of new technologies (nice to have)

• Knowledge or experience in AI areas such as machine learning, AI engineering, or data science (nice to have)
