Senior System Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team, responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing IT environments across both on-premise and cloud infrastructures. We are seeking a professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to lead initiatives and support team members.
Responsibilities
Administration and development of Windows Server environments (2019–2025).
Management and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune services.
Administration of Active Directory / LDAP and Group Policy (GPO) management
Automation of administrative processes using PowerShell (and other scripting languages)
Maintenance and development of virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V)
Troubleshooting complex system issues in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
Participation in global deployments and rollouts of new technologies
Creating standards, procedures, and recommending system improvements
Supporting hardware and software selection processes
Collaboration with technical teams and mentoring junior team members
Participation in IT projects and technical coordination
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2019–2025)
Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune)
Experience with Active Directory / LDAP administration
Advanced knowledge of Group Policy design and configuration
Experience with automation using PowerShell
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
Experience with Microsoft Application Servers
Solid understanding of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting
Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSE) or equivalent is a strong advantage
English skills (B2 level a minimum)
Nice to have
Knowledge of Bash or Python
Experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data Engineering
Experience in global system deployments
Knowledge of Microsoft Modern Management (e.g., Endpoint Manager, Autopilot)
