📣Buongiorno! We are seeking a Sales Administration Specialist with Italian who will support our growing team! 📣
Your tasks:
- Solve errors in orders from Italian B2B customers to released them as fast as possible to our logistic.
- Run report of billing blocks.
- Monitor delivery status.
- Downpayment handling ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP.
- Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
- Being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Good knowledge of Italian language (B1/B2) enable business communication in Italian, mainly written communication.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- At least 1-2 years of experience on similar position.
- Very good MS Office skills and easiness to learn new tools.
- Strong focus to details and customer orientation.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an asset but is not required - we are happy to teach you how to work with that system.
