Regular JavaScript Developer

What you'll do:

You'll work on modern Javascript Single Page Applications using mostly React while following high standards of quality. Our stack is based on the newest ECMAScript edition and encourages you to use proper design patterns.In your daily work you will take care of: implementing new features and automated tests (70%), system configuration and maintenance (15%), bug-fixing (10%), solution design (5%). While you work on User Interface, you will also help implement business logic and design API communication in close cooperation with Backend Developers and our clients. Together with your team, you will follow the latest additions to the JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystem.

Who you are:

1. you have at least 2 years of experience in Web Development with JavaScript
2. you have a good understanding of JavaScript
3. you are familiar with using TypeScript
4. you know the React library
5. you have a good command of HTML5 APIs and CSS3
6. you are up-to-date with the latest ECMAScript functionalities
7. you know English fluent both spoken and written
8. you have practical experience in working with REST API
9. you are open to actively working with English-speaking clients
10. you know how to work in Scrum methodology

What we'd like to see:

1. knowledge how to write tests using Testing Library
2. knowledge of commonly used design patterns and programming principles
3. knowledge of working with Server Side Rendering - you know how to manage state of web application and know popular 3rd parties libraries (eg. Redux, Tanstack Query, SWR)
4. you know security issues and know how to ensure application security (OWASP, SAST, Semgrep)
