• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Being familiar with tools like Selenium supporting automated testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Experience in creating and managing testing environments
• Experience with test case management systems like Xray, source control tools like Git, and defect management systems like Jira
• Knowledge of software testing theory 
• Solid programming skills like Python and C#
• Understanding concepts of CI/CD processes using GitLab
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Open-minded and proactive attitude

• Working with clients to understand their business needs and goals
• Reviewing requirements and providing inputs
• Preparing and reviewing test plans, test cases, and test data
• Developing automated testing scripts using a variety of programming languages
• Planning and executing manual and automated tests
• Reporting defects and assisting in their understanding
• Analyzing test results and tracking software testing metrics
• Preparing and presenting test reports
• Participating in meetings to discuss testing strategies and issues 
• Training, mentoring, and supervising junior software engineers

• Short technical interview – 30 minutes video call with our Technical Leader about your experience, via Microsoft Teams. We will send you a question about your availability and we will adjust the meeting time to you.
• General interview – more extended meeting with a company presentation part, after which you will know us better. The meeting also consists of the extended technical part and soft skills questions. Usually takes about 100-120 minutes.
• Practical task – which is an option and if we are 100% sure, we will not waste your time. Otherwise, this is a great opportunity for you to show your real skills and enchant us!
