We have created the Young Potentials Program - a dynamic 🚀, full time three-month paid internship that combines hands-on work with educational growth. As a participant, you will have a ⭐unique opportunity to step into the IT world⭐, supported every step of the way by our dedicated team.  

We offer each and every participant the potential to be offered permanent employment with us.

However, it's up to you to make the most of this opportunity and demonstrate that you deserve to be offered a permanent position when the program ends. 

During the program, you'll dedicate 70% of your time to working on actual projects, gaining invaluable real-world experience. The remaining 30% will be devoted to expanding your theoretical knowledge under the guidance of our experienced coaches.
