Requirements:

• 7-8 years of experience in software testing.
• Proven experience in managing teams and individuals.
• Expertise in handling large, international testing teams.
• Strong client-facing, project management, and people management skills.
• Proficient in test management tools and processes.
• Ability to mentor senior testers.
• Fluency in English and French (B2+).
• Willingness to travel when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Experience working on public sector projects.
