As a Test Manager, you will cooperate with a team of international experts in technology, business and the healthcare industry (healthcare experience is not required). Smooth release of the software through testing is crucial for successful delivery of digital health solutions.



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight and management of all testing activities for healthcare applications, ensuring they meet health industry regulations and standards.
• Manage and prioritize the testing of health-specific features, such as integration with EHR systems, medical devices, and telemedicine platforms.
• Manage software and hardware resources for testing.
• Define scope of testing, design test strategies, plans, and procedures and analyze test activities.
• Ensure that testing takes into consideration healthcare-specific nuances, such as data privacy, clinical workflows, and patient safety
• Ensure that testing activities align with software development lifecycle phases and project milestones.
• Identify risks associated with testing and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes.
• Monitor testing activities, conduct performance review and document test findings.
• Ensure continuous improvement of testing practices through feedback, lessons learned, and process updates.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align testing objectives with healthcare requirements.
• Support business development by providing your technical expertise in healthcare-specific testing.

Requirements:

• Experience in Mobile testing and Quality Assurance
• Fluency in English and German (min. C1)
• Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Testing certification, e.g. ISTQB, CSTE
• Solid understanding of regulatory standards, e.g. GDPR, regulatory affairs
• Knowledge of (agile) project management, e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall
