Software Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand our Customer’s gaming systems and acquire in-depth knowledge of their native API offerings.
• Set up new operators integrating with our Customer’s native API.
• Oversee the assigned operators' integration on our Customer’s B2B platform, from initial setup to the go-live phase.
• Provide proactive technical support and troubleshooting during the integration process to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure minimal impact on business operations during hyper-care.
• Identify and categorize technical issues, escalating them to the internal tech team when necessary.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for the internal tech team throughout the integration.
• Maintain detailed records through ticketing systems and contribute to the growth and maintenance of the company’s knowledge base.
• Develop internal documentation, including procedures, how-to guides, and other necessary operational resources.
• Seek and implement improvements in integration processes to enhance efficiency and adopt best practices.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with AWS systems, including JSON.
• Understanding of relational database management systems like MariaDB and SQL.
• Experience with internal tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of gaming platforms, and familiarity with JavaScript (Node + React) is a strong advantage.
• Background in technical customer service within the iGaming industry is a plus.
