Job Description:

The Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist , will be responsible for the effective management, governance, and optimization of enterprise-wide master data.

• Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions

• Define and enforce data governance policies, data stewardship processes, and best practices.

• Ensure seamless integration of master data across various systems and platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.).

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data management strategies, workflows, and processes.

For your work you will need:

Must:

• Polish and English Speaking
• Hands on experience in Data Governance field

Hard skills:

• Strong background in data management and integration
• Deep knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring
• Master data management -> creating and managing master data, developing entity resolution rules
• Data governance -> Familiarity with implementing data governance frameworks and policies
• Experience in data cataloging
