Senior Performance and Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our team and help us drive test automation and ensure the highest quality of our software solutions. You will collaborate with the team on testing and implementation activities while having a real impact on the processes and quality of delivered projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team on testing and implementation of projects.
• Design and implement automated test scripts.
• Develop and execute performance test strategies.
• Identify and analyze potential application and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Integrate test automation code with test management tools.
• Participate in designing and optimizing test automation architecture.
• Support and mentor junior test automation engineers.

Requirements:

✅ Must-have:

• At least 3 years of experience in test automation (Java, C#, or Python).
• Strong knowledge of SQL / NoSQL and version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Experience with API testing.
• Ability to implement performance testing and identify system bottlenecks.
• Understanding of CI/CD, TDD, BDD practices.
• Fluent English (B2+) – working in an international environment.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to client locations.

✅ Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the financial/insurance industry.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (Gatling, JMeter, Locust).
