CRM Personalisation Specialist
We’re looking for a CRM Personalisation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in campaign delivery to help increase customer engagement through advanced, data-driven personalisation. You’ll design customer communication journeys and implement them in a CRM personalisation platform such as SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH (including real-time use cases).
Key responsibilities:
Drive customer engagement by building and improving personalisation processes
Design customer communication flows based on customer needs and available data, and implement them in the CRM platform (SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH)
Prepare requirements/specifications for enhancements in the CRM personalisation system (including real-time changes)
Review proposed solutions, support implementation, and perform testing/validation of changes
Must-have skills:
Advanced knowledge of SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH
Strong understanding of MS SQL and relational databases
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SAS 4GL
Experience running campaigns in the banking/financial services domain
