RPA Developer

We are recruiting for an established technology company specializing in industrial automation, digitalization of production processes, and advanced control systems and industrial software. We are looking for a RPA Developer to join a team responsible for developing and implementing business process automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism

• Analyze complex business requirements and identify automation opportunities

• Develop proposals for digital transformation initiatives

• Troubleshoot existing automations and implement fixes and enhancements

• Enhance Digital Workforce (BOTs) using Smart Automation techniques

• Collaborate with Process Owners, Finance, Business Sponsors, and technical teams

• Support ongoing optimization and performance improvements of automation solutions

Ideal candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism (development and maintenance)

• Strong understanding of RPA best practices and automation lifecycle

• Very good command of English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken

• Ability to write basic SQL queries

• Experience with integrating Blue Prism using APIs (REST/SOAP)

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with complex processes

• Salary: 110 - 130 PLN net/h
