Business Central Developer with German

Responsibilities

As a Business Central Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development and expansion of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central . You will work closely with specialist departments, consultants and project teams and ensure that Business Central solutions are implemented in a stable, high-performance and needs-based manner.  

Your tasks: 

• Development of customizations, extensions and apps in AL; Maintenance of existing solutions.  

• Analysis of business requirements and translation into technical concepts.  

• Design, implementation, and testing of BusinessCentral modules, reports, and integrations.  

• Development and support of interfaces (REST/SOAP/JSON) to third-party systems.  

• PerformanceOptimizations, debugging, and error analysis. 

• Support for upgrades, deployments and AL processes (CI/CD, source control). 

• Collaborate with consultants, administrators, and resellers to ensure smooth processes.  

• Documentation of technical solutions and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV. 

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.

• Very good knowledge of AL (and possibly C/AL for legacy systems).  

• Experience with Visual Studio Code, Extensions, Events/Subscribers.  

• Understand BusinessCentral architecture, upgrade paths, and data models.  

• Experience with reports (RDLC), web services and integration scenarios.  

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Source Control.  

• Advantageous: Experience with Microsoft Cloud, Power Platform, Azure Services.  

• Analytical thinking, structured way of working and strong communication skills.  

• Very good communication in English, Polish and German. 

• Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.
