Can you utilize your competencies within ITO architecture & ITSM-tools to build a bridge between customer needs and service offerings in a SIAM organization? Are you able to maintain an overview and stay in control of distinctive architectural setups between several customers as well as multiple external service providers? Technology Services & Projects (TSP) in KMD is focused on supporting our customer's business needs, which is why we are the driving force when KMD design and implements the largest and most interesting projects in collaboration with our customers and external service providers. Service Portfolio is a team within TSP, that focuses and specializes in building a bridge between our customer's needs and suppliers' solutions while navigating the complexity of our service portfolio.
As a Service Catalog Manager in the KMDs Service Portfolio team, it is required that you establish a complete understanding of our service catalog while understanding the requirements that this place on our ITSM tools, ordering procedures, and request formulas towards our customers.
After your morning coffee you will be:
- Analyze customer needs, service delivery requirements, and our external service providers' tool setup to translate this into ITSM architecture proposals across KMD.
- Design and implement standardized and advanced workflows in our request tools.
- Set up and design catalog items (order forms), which include CMDB maintenance and reporting
- Propose and build value-packed service offerings, for example by combining two or more standard services into one service offering, and thus create synergy between our services
- Include strategic visions as requirements for our ordering tools, CMDB, reporting setup, and data.
- Ensure that KMDs Service Catalog tools utilize best-practice methods in the design and implementation of services in our ordering tools.
We want you in our team if you:
- Can navigate in a complex IT-environment and make use of relevant stakeholders to get the full overview and insight needed to solve your tasks
- Work independently but like to cooperate with colleagues and participate in workshops where you are actively involved
- Understand the importance of creating standardized service deliveries and ensuring a streamlined process between ordering and delivery execution
- You have +5 years of experience with IT operations and services and have previously worked with similar tasks.
- You have worked with customer needs in the context of external service providers
- You have experience with IT-architecture in a SIAM organization
- You are visionary and at the same time practice-oriented
We are a perfect match if you additionally you:
- Are certified in ITIL and SIAM
- Have experience working with customer contracts and supplier contracts
- Understand how to design ITSM architecture based on a customer value-based approach
- Have an advantage if you have experience with ServiceNow
- Have an advantage if you are an ITSM expert
- Have an advantage if you have basic experience in coding and reading JavaScript
- Have an advantage if you have experience in describing IT services
