ServiceNow OTM Expert (German-speaking)

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow OTM Expert with strong German language skills to join our team for an exciting project. You will play a key role in leading discovery workshops, developing solution concepts, and supporting the implementation of ServiceNow OTM solutions tailored to our customers' needs. This is a great opportunity for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations to contribute to a dynamic, international environment.

Project scope:

• Prepare and lead discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Analyze documentation and define workshop objectives tailored to customer needs
• Develop high-level ServiceNow OTM solution concepts, including scope, process maps, and architecture
• Present and validate solution concepts with customers, incorporating feedback for approval
• Plan implementation phases and collaborate with project managers on timelines and resources
• Configure ServiceNow modules and support co-development with developers and architects
• Conduct quality assurance, including testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide training, support go-live activities, and facilitate knowledge transfer to users and admins

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, specifically OTM
• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture
• Experience working within the Scrum project methodology
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Nice to Have:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications or knowledge of other ServiceNow modules
• Experience with multi-language or international projects
