Who are we?

KMD Poland is the largest foreign-affiliated branch of the KMD Group. We are responsible for important solutions and processes in the IT, R&D, Finance, HR, and Support areas. We help Nordic businesses and the public sector make another major leap in their digital evolution.
 
What is Talent Lab?

Talent Lab is an internship program that was created in KMD Poland in 2018. It aims to find the best talents in the IT market among students or professionals starting their careers in IT and develop them within the organization. The program itself may differ slightly depending on the role that you are taking. For this role, you have a chance to start immediately on our team.
 
Which team, will you join? 

The SAP Infrastructure department consists of specialists with the following competencies: authorisation development and management, integration, basis & technical service architecture. We are supporting all our internal systems as well as the systems of our customers. We form a team of highly experienced consultants who are willing to share their knowledge and support each other across the projects. 

Who are you? 

You are the best fit for our team if you:
  • have any experience with any ERP system
  • are interested both in technical as well as business parts of an IT enterprise system
  • understand the architecture of databases
  •  have basic programming skills in any object-oriented language
  • are a curious person
  • have an analytical mindset
  • are sensible for any inconsistencies and can identify potential risks 
  • you are excellent in English and Polish both written and spoken
  • you are determined to join the KMD Talent Lab for 5 months
  • you will be able to start in May (flex hours, we are exam-friendly)

What will you learn?
 
  • About access, security and authorisation concepts and solutions in the SAP environment
  • How to administrate the SAP system
  • How to program in ABAP language (basics)
  • What does it mean to work in an agile way
  • How an international corporation works
  • What a Scandinavian work culture means

What will you do? 
 
  •  Learn the topics of safety, access and authorisation  
  • Support your colleagues with they daily user & access management and authorisation objects development,

What are the next steps? 
 
  1. Apply with your CV (in English)
  2. Complete tests (The Predictive Index test and technical test) that you will receive via email (You will receive the first test up to 2 weeks from application and you will have 5 days to do the test, you will receive 2nd test up to a week from successfully passing 1st test)
  3. Expect our phone call  
  4. Do your best in an online interview 
  5. Receive an offer  
  6. Our timeline for extending offers is 1st week of May 2023
 
What’s next? 
 
The internship starts on 16th May 2023.
From 16h May to 21st July your availability will be confirmed with the manager but no less than 20h per week. We are flexible and exam friendly.
From 21st July to 29th September required availability is 40h per week.
From October if our cooperation, will be successful you will be able to join KMD  as an internal consultant (B2B) (at least 30h weekly) and start your career with KMD
 
Before you apply: 
 
  • Talent Lab is just the beginning of your adventure with KMD! Most of our Talent Labers got an offer from KMD after Talent Lab. Be one of them - make sure that you are available at least 30 hours weekly since October and are open for B2B cooperation 
  • Check out the required Talent Lab availability and see if it works for you. 
  • Make sure that you speak fluently both Polish and English. 
  • Be patient – due to the high number of applicants our communication might be delayed, but you will receive an update from us. The whole recruitment process ends in mid-May. 
  • Tell us what your priorities are! – If you’re applying for more than one role specify in the “comment” field in the application form which role is the most and least interesting to you. If such prioritisation will not be stated, we reserve the right to decide to which recruitment process, you will be assigned based on your CV.
