Since we believe that technical background is crucial to understand the team’s daily challenges and obstacles, on a daily basis you are going to balance leadership skills, people management, and technical proficiency. Working as a lead of DevOps capability you are going to grow your team and evolve the organization (hiring, performance management, salary talks), develop required competencies (skills and personal development), motivate and energize, and help us improve as an organization.
As a starting point, you will be engaged in delivery with one of our key customers and we expect you to both drive specific initiatives for that account but also to expand the team with new projects and delivery areas.
After your morning coffee you will be:
- Managing team of DevOps Engineers (located both in Poland and Denmark)
- Ensuring team capacity is fully utilized and the right competencies are in place
- Recruiting and staffing team with appropriate talent
- Supporting the team in professional development
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Boosting up consultants’ satisfaction and motivation
- Running salary process with team members
- Ensuring knowledge sharing across projects
- Implementing strategic DevOps initiatives
- Promoting DevOps across the organization
- Identifying and securing new DevOps projects
We want you in our team if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience managing a team of DevOps Engineers or Software Developers
- Have 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Application Management, or Software Development role
- Understand DevOps concepts and had exposure to DevOps toolchain
- Have experience in recruiting people
- Know software development lifecycle
- Are fluent in English and have great communication skills
- Know how to bring a team together, and how to drive, motivate and inspire them
- Have experience building relationship, both local and remote
- Are not afraid on taking on responsibility and making decisions
- Have strong leadership and people skills
- Are proactive and have a can-do attitude
- Are open to traveling to Denmark on a regular basis

- Have been working with the DevOps toolchain
- Have been working with cloud (Azure) solutions
