Senior Product Owner

Salary: 1000 - 1200 PLN net/day + VAT

Remote: hybrid work (at least one day per week in the office)

Additional information: Willingness to travel and take flights to Amsterdam – collaboration with both Polish and Dutch teams

Project

---

A comprehensive tool for managing and settling employee working hours in line with both internal requirements and external client expectations. The core application, together with integrated tools such as IAM, Onboard, SAP, and FileManager, forms a system that enables efficient tracking and processing of working hours for employees under both temporary and permanent contracts.

The project, developed in multiple phases since 2018, is currently in its third stage, focusing on performance improvements and the development of new interface modules. The solution ensures compliance with the Polish Labor Code, including dedicated algorithms for complex time calculation scenarios.

Its intuitive design and versatility support multi-context usage, including mass updates of time records, employee scheduling, and detailed reporting. The tool simplifies daily operations for HR consultants and other users involved in workforce management.

The entire system is hosted in AWS.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Expertise in product backlog and roadmap management and min. 5 years of experience in Product Owner area
• Experience working with integrated enterprise systems (IAM, SAP, onboarding tools, file management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Nice o have: experience with HR, time tracking, or workforce management systems
• Advanced proficiency in English

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery
• Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensure that delivered features meet business goals and user needs
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy
• Use data and feedback to drive product improvements and decision-making
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement
