Senior IT Analyst with developing skills

Salary: 850 - 1050 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Warszawa (at least 2 day per week from the office)

Project

The project involves designing and implementing a new technical solution to support a range of regulatory reporting templates on the Snowflake data platform. The selected candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into robust, scalable data pipelines and automation processes.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for regulatory reporting templates

• Design and implement end-to-end data processing solutions using Snowflake

• Build and maintain efficient, scalable ETL pipelines using Python

• Integrate orchestration tools to manage, schedule, and monitor workflows

• Ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance with regulatory standards

• Apply DevOps practices to automate deployment and manage infrastructure

• Document technical solutions and support knowledge transfer across teams

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Hands-on experience with data platform development, ideally in regulatory or financial environments

• Solid knowledge of SQL and performance optimization in Snowflake

• Proficiency in Python, especially in the context of data engineering

• Experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting ETL workflows

• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Prefect, or similar

• Understanding of DevOps concepts: CI/CD pipelines, version control, infrastructure automation

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, agile environment
