System Analyst (remote)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Analyst to join our team and support projects driven by the bank’s new strategic direction.

Execution involves utilizing new tools for implementing processes for individual clients in personal loan services.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role

• Knowledge of requirements within Agile methodologies

• Experience in designing, implementing, testing, and integrating IT systems

• Proficiency with CASE tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect)

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience in front-end design

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL

• Knowledge of SOAP and REST technologies

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notations

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS

• Understanding of low-code platforms

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with the SCRUM methodology

• Knowledge of Camunda

• Practical understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Experience in creating omnichannel processes

• Basic programming skills in JavaScript

• Ability to read and understand Java code

• Knowledge of the banking domain (e.g., loans)

• Awareness of external factors affecting an analyst's work (e.g., WCAG compliance)

Main responsibilities

• Conducting business and system analysis for initiatives related to deposit processes and products for individual clients

• Supporting the development of applications handling deposit processes within the Bank

• Working in an Agile software development environment
