Join a top-tier international product company leading the digital transformation of infrastructure systems. You’ll be part of a strategic, long-term initiative where your input directly shapes the product vision and end-user experience. This is not a ticket-factory setup — you'll take real ownership, working closely with Product Managers and UX Designers in a Scandinavian-style environment built on trust, autonomy, and transparency.

As a Lead Frontend Developer, you'll design and develop scalable React + TypeScript applications, drive architectural discussions, and help define business-facing features. You'll also play a key role in mentoring peers and ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance across the frontend stack.

 

What you'll be doing

• Design and build scalable React + TypeScript applications
• Lead discussions around UI architecture, performance, and DX
• Cooperate directly with Product Managers and UX to define business-facing features
• Advocate for maintainability and usability across the frontend ecosystem
• Mentor teammates in best practices and tech direction
• Communicate with client-side stakeholders (in English) to refine and validate requirements

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with business teams, clients, and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Extensive experience with React and Redux (or equivalent state management libraries)
• Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) standards
• Skilled in API integration and building data-driven user interfaces
• Experienced in component-based architecture and UI performance optimization
