Transport Management System (TMS) Integration

We are in the process of developing a new Transport Management System (TMS) for a client in the transportation industry. Currently, we are integrating the FIS2-FIS3 systems with Neurored, a Salesforce-based platform.

To ensure seamless execution and efficient collaboration, we are looking for additional experts to join our team as client representatives. Their role will involve close cooperation with external vendors, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with business needs.

This project presents an exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge TMS solution, leveraging modern technologies and industry best practices. If you have experience in system integration, Salesforce, or transportation management, we’d love to have you on board!

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT in an analytical/technical role (System Analyst, IT Consultant, Integrator)
• Strong knowledge of the container transport industry and logistics processes
• Experience in IT system integration, data exchange analysis, and process modeling
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Excel)
• Ability to work in a complex, international environment (Hamburg, India, Spain)
• Fluency in English
  
  

Nice to have: 

• Experience working with Salesforce, Neurored, middleware/API management
• Basic knowledge of ETL, SQL, and data management 

What you'll be doing

• Analysis and support for the integration of FIS2-FIS3 with Neurored
• Evaluation of external vendors’ work and providing consultation on architecture and requirements
• Analysis of multiple system specifications and defining the required input/output
• Identifying and analyzing integration issues, reporting them, and recommending solutions
• Preparing tickets for FIS teams and clarifying business requirements
• Verification and assessment of tests delivered by external vendors
• Translating integration requirements into both business and technical language
