The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic EdTech transformation project. The role focuses on building a multi-sided education platform (self-service, automation, AI-ready) for a European leader. 


We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to take on the role of Head of Busines Analysis. As Head of BA, you will play a key role in shaping the analytical direction of A-Team. You’ll lead a talented group of Business Analysts, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our business decisions are backed by robust analysis and deep understanding of market and operational data.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Co-create the new Platform (multi-tenant, scalable, data-driven, AI-ready). 

  • Proactively design solutions for self-service, automation, and process unification. 

  • Work closely with UX, Product Owners, and development teams. 

  • Data analytics skills, data-driven insights. 

  • Run workshops and digitize/optimize processes into scalable platform capabilities. 

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different organizations. 

  • Inspire the client with proposals and reference models (not just gather requirements). 


Requirements 

  • 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner in platform projects.

  • Strong track record in process digitalization & optimization. 

  • Experience in pre-sales activities (consulting acumen) - including project estimations, technical recommendations, and proposal preparation.

  • Skilled in working with complex organizations and multiple stakeholders. 

  • Hands-on experience with UX and product development teams. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • International experience in EdTech or exposure to global best practices is highly desirable.
