We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Operations Specialist. The role involves solving and supporting incidents and problems, aiding change processes, and performing various analytical tasks. You will act as a change manager for maintenance tasks, coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, and participate in on-call duties. 

 

What you'll be doing

• Solve and support incident and problem management
• Support change processes and manage change tasks
• Perform analyst tasks such as maintaining solution requirements
• Act as a change manager for maintenance tasks
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders
• Participate in on-call duties for the unit
• Verify changes, which can occur outside normal business hours

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in requirement specification (both functional and non-functional)
• Experience with requirement/tasks management
• Proven experience in stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum and Kanban)
• Experience in Oracle SQL queries/scripts
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, including maintaining and monitoring applications, and identifying and troubleshooting application issues
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting/automation
• Knowledge of monitoring solutions for systems and applications
• Basic knowledge of IBM MQ
• Experience with tools like Helix and Confluence will be considered an advantage
• ITIL Foundation certificate will be considered an advantage
• Experience within the financial industry will be considered an advantage
