What will you do?
- conduct research and development on machine learning algorithms for medical applications;
- model development, training and performance validation;
- dataset management/analysis/annotation.
What is required?
- education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Biomedical engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or any other related field;
- theoretical concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Neural Networks (NN);
- practical use of Deep Learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch);
- practical knowledge on image processing;
- advanced computer programming (Python);
- advanced communication skills in English (spoken and written) (B2/C1 equivalent or above);
- creativity and analytical skills.
What isn’t required, but would be nice to have?
- knowledge on domain-specific medical imaging processing and formats;
- hands-on experience with speech recognition algorithms;
- scientific Python stack (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, ...);
- version control software (Git or equivalent);
- hands-on experience with AWS services;
- you’re currently residing in (or willing to relocate to) Poznań, Poland.
