🚀We are looking for a Tech Lead Java + AWS to be a highly technical experienced member of a small team leading product innovation, new technology adoption and cloud strategy in the IoT domain.

📌In the role of Tech Lead you will:

Ownership of the full lifecycle of the platform: brainstorming, development, delivery, maintenance and decommissioning
Plan, scope, size, design, prototype and engineer solution components
Drive compliance with industry best practice for system implementation and technical architecture standards
Establish and drive best practices for maximum code reuse, testability, application integration, performance, reliability, manage ability and security
Design and develop re-usable components and operational strategies in the cloud to support scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup, restore, etc.
Take an automation first approach to streamline processes
Build and maintain an automated DevOps delivery / deployment model to enable continuous release of software into cloud environments

✅You might be the perfect match if you:

Have at least 5 years of experience in Java and AWS
Have knowledge about software and infrastructure change management, release management, and source code configuration control including knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes, performance tuning applications
Know how to build / maintain strong relationships, effectively partner with peers, and possess excellent verbal / written communication skills
Are strong strategic thinker who can translate strategies into solutions with concrete actions & plans
Have experience with CloudFormation
Have experience with TDD, NoSQL DBMS, Git, Unix/Linux, Apache, Tomcat

Not required but very desirable:

• Experience in Unix/Linux, Apache, Tomcat

• Experience with ARM templates and/or yaml scripting

• Strong strategic thinker who can translate strategies into solutions with concrete actions & plans

• Comfortable making local decisions when needed

• Experience implementing open-source software

• Process-oriented and committed to superior quality and customer service

• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving abilities
