Job Description

• Analyzing business scenarios and processes that may be solved by implementation of a global system (using global templates/solutions) and/or modifications to business processes in order to cover the customer needs.
• Act as a consultant to our internal stakeholders with focus in the Diagnostics division, to simplify the technology landscape and processes
• Working with our Informatics Partner, Product Manager and stakeholders, identify opportunities, support the creation of business cases and business scenarios in the scope of CLM capabilities, in strong collaboration with other solutions/products.  
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Team Leads following Agile principles. Coordinate customers activities including testing planning and execution, training.
• Being accountable for documentation, which may include, but is not limited to: User Requirements, Functional and/or technical specifications, Process flow diagrams, Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks, Training documentation and/or work instructions and Documents supporting Computer System Validation & GxP.

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably with focus in label management and printing solution or devices in Diagnostics
• Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluent in English B2/C1 Level (German or Polish is an advantage).
• Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment is desirable. Demonstrates ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and MES systems and the interfacing thereof
• Understanding SAFe delivery path and Agile practices. PSPO and / or SAFe Certification is an advantage. Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog) is desirable.
• Proven ability for superior communication skills, expectation management and stakeholder management
• Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organization / Cultural awareness.
• Ability to reflect on own work and oriented towards improving the team’s way of working and process optimization
• Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA is beneficial.
• SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining).
