RESPONISBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

• Analyze business processes and translate client requirements into functional and technical solutions aligned with best practices in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Provide advanced functional consulting, system customization, and integration with third-party applications and other Microsoft solutions.

• Support and mentor junior consultants and developers, ensuring high-quality project delivery and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and key users to optimize system performance, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 BC implementations in areas of finance, logistics or manufacturing.

• Understanding of functional aspects supported by strong understanding of business processes ideally including technical understanding of the product

• Experience in data migration

• Experience in project planning and costing 

• Knowledge about system enhancements 

• Strong client communication skills

• Excellent English verbal and written communication (B2+)
