🌍 Project:

You will join a German creative agency delivering IT solutions for public sector and administration projects (national & local level).

The role focuses on building and extending CRM systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

🛠️ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM

• Solid experience with:

  • C#, .NET

  • XML

  • Power Platform (apps, flows, integrations)

• Strong experience with REST APIs (development & consumption)

• Very good knowledge of MS SQL (queries, optimization, integrations)

• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments

• Strong communication skills in German (min. B2)

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience with custom module development and external API integrations

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure

• Exposure to Power BI and reporting solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Financial Services)

• Extend system capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Virtual Agents

• Work with Dataverse and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)

• Build and maintain REST APIs, including integrations with external systems

• Ensure code quality through unit and end-to-end testing

• Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, code reviews, team collaboration)

• Communicate with stakeholders in German and English
