Configuration Specialist

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads)
• Prepare configuration specifications and installation documentation / verification
• Ability to analysis database issues and request / maintain backups
• Install, Update and Configure the System following best practice
• Analyze configuration issues and develop solutions
• Prepare description of the issues for further analysis
• Contribute to knowledge management and ensure quality of knowledge, including solution documentation and knowledge base.
• Contribute to continual improvement initiatives

• willingness to develop and learn

Must have Skills:

• 5 - Fluent in English B2/C1 level (German or Polish is an advantage)
• 4 - Able to create/update documentation (such as configuration/technical specification, installation verification)
• 4 - Familiar with SDLC - Software Development Lifecycle.
• 4 - Experience in system/application troubleshooting
• 3 - Experience with any of Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS, EventViewer, Schedulers)
• 3 - Basic experience with database, - perform query and commit query
• 3 - Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman, SOAP)
• 3 - JSON structure knowledge
• 3 - Hands-on experience with Retina/Codebeamer and/or JIRA or some other agile tool (Backlog and Task Management)
• 3 - Hands-on experience with Testing or any de-bugging Skills (log analysis)
• 3 - Experience working in CSV / GMP Environment
• 3 - Experience working in Agile projects

Advantage:

• 2 - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management)
• 2 - Script automation experience -> Powershell/Python basic knowledge (desirable)
• 2 - JavaScript basic knowledge (desirable)
• 1 - SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining)
• 1 - ITIL Experience
