Configuration Manager – ServiceNow CMDB
We’re seeking a hands-on CMDB Manager to support and enhance its ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) across global data centres and cloud environments.
This role is highly technical, focusing on implementation, integration, and data quality within the CMDB ecosystem rather than purely process governance. The Candidate will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager.
You will join a growing CMDB team in Bangkok and play a critical role in improving CMDB accuracy, scalability, and integration with cloud and discovery tools.

Location: 2 days working from the office in Bangkok OR remotely from another country, but according to Thai business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Build, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB across hybrid environments (data centers and cloud).
Implement and manage CMDB integrations, including:
AWS (via Service Graph Connector)
Internal discovery tool
Contribute to the setup and optimisation of Service Graph Connectors and discovery solutions.
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and deduplication across CMDB datasets.
Troubleshoot CMDB issues, including data inconsistencies and integration failures.
Execute CI lifecycle management (registration, updates, retirement).
Support and enhance ITOM Discovery, Cloud Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to validate CI data.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives for CMDB maturity.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor CMDB health and coverage.
Share best practices and contribute to internal knowledge development.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a CMDB Manager, Configuration Manager, or ServiceNow CMDB Specialist.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
ServiceNow CMDB (configuration, data models, reconciliation)
Service Graph Connector for AWS
ITOM Discovery, Cloud Discovery, and Service Mapping
Demonstrated experience implementing integrations with cloud and discovery tools.
Strong technical capability in:
ServiceNow configurations and scripting/querying
Troubleshooting CMDB data quality issues and duplication
Experience managing CIs across hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 practices (Configuration & Change Management preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across global teams and stakeholders.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB
ITIL Foundation certification
Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
Familiarity with APIs, automation, and data integration tools
French language
