We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team ASAP.
Your key responsibilities:
- Infrastructure and services monitoring based on centralized administration tools
- Product delivery review using dedicated publication timeline
- 1st Line Support coverage during the shift (Atlassian JIRA Service Desk, Phone Hotline)
- Guideline-based event escalation to both internal staff and customers.
- Working in shift work
As an ideal candidate you have:
- Communicative English in speech and writing,
- Knowledge of service management issues,
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Knowledge of Linux systems at the user level,
- Knowledge of MySQL - creating simple queries
- Fluent English (min. B2/C1)
