The Technology Specialist is member of the Product team and is one of the professionals who manage the services provided to the Operating Company (OpCo) by the TP&S Supplier. Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Product Team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.

This role understands the specific technology areas used in the OpCo’s, providing advice and guidance to the TP&S Supplier, as well as coordinating & prioritising work and making decisions for the service provided to the OpCo’s. They will also understand the projects planned for the OpCo’s and ensure this is aligned to the overall D&T strategy and OpCo Business Requirements.

Your responsibilities would include:

• delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture
• ensuring consistency of the overall solution
• working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform requirements
• managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
• identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these
• keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge. Is together with team members end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of a single Product through the entire Product life cycle
• maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluate them for applicability
• participating in the selection of new technologies
• being responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
• any other task assigned by TL within the scope of functional responsibilities

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies
• strong technical background with experience in one or more IT areas
• 7-10 years’ experience of working in Cloud and Hosting area
• 5 years’ experience, in working with external vendors, resources and contracts
• 5 years’ experience of working with OpCo’s
• 3-5 years’ experience of working in agile teams in multi-cultural environments
• excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
• team player attitude and you are able to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• abiliy to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
•  ability to work in teams and work dedicated for a team.
