CFIN Solution Architect

As an SAP Central Finance Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting Heineken’s CFIN (Central Finance) digital transformation journey. You will act as a technical and functional expert on SAP S/4HANA Central Finance, driving solution design, integration, and delivery.

Your responsibilities would include:

1. leading the end-to-end solution design, testing, and deployment for Central Finance processes
2. translating business processes into SAP system functionality
3. designing and delivering new solution extensions to meet evolving business needs
4. providing architecture and designing guidance to the development team
5. coordinating resolution of technical issues, including quick fixes during critical periods (e.g., month-end close)
6. overseeing change requests and ensure data replication integrity across source systems
7. acting as the primary link between infrastructure partners (SAP, IBM, T-Systems) and internal D&T stakeholders
8. supporting system landscape activities, including connectivity, interfaces, and infrastructure planning
9. coordinating execution of technical activities in collaboration with basis and infrastructure teams
10. ensuring proper documentation and delivery of all infrastructure-related tasks.

You're a good candidate if you have:

1. 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 7 years in FI/CO
2. 3+ end-to-end Central Finance implementations as a Lead Consultant or Architect
3. hands-on experience with SLT and AIF in Central Finance environments
4. expert-level configuration and implementation skills in FI, CO, and CFIN, including SAP Fiori
5. familiarity with SAP Group Reporting, Central Payments, SAP Analytics Cloud, and tax reporting tools
6. strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
7. certification in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (1909 or higher)
8. excellent communication skills (written and verbal), able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
