Job Description :
Key responsibilities :
• Own the architecture, security, compliance, and overall health of ServiceNow solutions
supporting Finance Global Business Services (GBS) .
• Design and deliver scalable, user‐centric workflows for Finance GBS using the ServiceNow
solutions and capabilities Reckitt is entitled to (e.g. Finance Case Management, Source -to-
Pay Operations (SPO, SLO, APO), Case Management, Knowledge Management, Service
Catalog, Service Portal, Service Operations Management, App Engine, Flow Designer, Process
Automation Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics, and Employee Center ).
• Work closely with Product Owners, Global Process Owners, the ServiceNow Platform
Architect, and other Solution Architects to ensure aligned roadmaps, reusable components,
and consistent cross‐domain architecture , and adherence to ServiceNow platform guardrails,
CSDM, and CMDB data quality standards.
• Provide end -to- end technical leadership across design, development, testing, and release,
working closely with internal business units and external delivery partners to design, build, test,
and maintain scalable, stable, compliant and well - documented ServiceNow solutions
(out‐of‐the‐box or custom ).
• Enhance and maintain solutions delivered by external partners and collaborate with internal
teams , including BAU, to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Contribute to Finance GBS strategy and roadmap planning by evaluating new ServiceNow
releases and recommending enhancements that support long‐term scalability and business
priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by applying ServiceNow best practices,
leveraging new platform features, automation opportunities, and reusable components to
support Finance GBS transformation.
Skill specific requirements :
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with technical architecture, solution design, and
configuration including Service Portal & Mobile App (Employee and Agent) .
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions specifically for Finance functions — the candidate
must have hands‐on experience working on projects for Finance organizations (e.g., Finance
GBS, Shared Services, Corporate Finance) and be comfortable with financ e terminology,
processes, and data flows.
• Strong hands - on expertise in ServiceNow Case & Knowledge , Service Catalog & Portal, Service
Operations Management, and ITSM modules .
• Experience designing ServiceNow solutions for Finance GBS processes such as R2R, P2P, O2C,
MDM, Internal Controls, Tax, and Treasury (advantage) .
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems and other Finance applications.
• Advanced expertise in CMDB design, ServiceNow Discovery, Asset Management, and SCCM
integration.
• Proficiency with App Engine, Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer , IntegrationHub,
CSDM, Performance Analytics, and ATF.
• Strong scripting skills (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
Other requirements :
• Exposure to product - platform ways of working in an Agile environment, with practical
knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information
to diverse audiences, using appropriate language and visuals.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution, expectation setting, and
relationship building with internal business, vendors, and partners.
• Ability to prioriti ze multiple requirements and issues, manage and set expectations to key
stakeholders , and have a sharp focus on the product roadmap .
• Self - motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with keen attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent problem solving and decision -making skills , with a logical and analytical approach .
• Ability to work effectively under pressure , adapt to changing situations, and deliver results in
a fast - paced environment.
• Extensive change management experience , with the ability to manage the introduction of new
features to end - users or support staff (fulfillers) through training, documentation, and
feedback.
• Excellent vendor management skills , including mentoring, coaching and identifying
development areas of vendor resources .
Technical / Professional Qualifications :
• 10+ years of professional experience , with 5+ years deep ServiceNow architecture/technical
design .
• Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Technical
Architect (CTA), Certified Application Developer ( CAD ) and CIS (ITSM/CSM/FSCW/App
Engine) preferred .
• ITIL 4 certification preferred; ITIL v3 Intermediate acceptable .
• Agile Scrum or SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe PO/PM) is a plus .
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Industry experience in Retail/ Healthcare is an advantage.
