Job description

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform [Sales cloud,Service Cloud] including configuration, customization, Integration capabilities and reporting
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
  • Have good TechoFuctional knowledge in SF platform
  • Knowledge of data integration and migration processes
  • Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints.
  • Develop user stories and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution.
  • To review the test cases which is designed by QA team and approve it as per requirement
  • Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign offs.
  • Customers facing consulting, good stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Analyze main business processes and requirements and translate into IT solutions.
  • Ongoing validation of deliverables against requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment and ability to clarify all the doubts raised by Dev team and QA team reg requirements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus
  • Integration Support – 3-5 years’ experience with IDMC and Apigee
  • Perform data validation and verification in Salesforce databases and interfaces using SOQL queries to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Good communication skills to interact with customer and internal team
  • Ability and Openess to learn and implement new things in the project
  • Flexibility to cross business hours with US customer for meetings and project tasks
  • Expereince in handling customer in past projects
  • Experience working on an Agile process project
