The Role:
As a Technical Writer, you will join the team of exceptionally skilled engineers solving complex problems in the decentralized systems area, and contribute to building the core of the Golem platform. Your role will involve designing, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure the highest quality of documentation.
You will have the opportunity to share your ideas and develop your concepts, innovate to improve documentation methodologies, and enhance other aspects of the Golem Network platform. What you’ll do with us:

Design, develop, and maintain documentation templates and standards.

Collaborate with development teams to understand the system architecture and key technologies used in the project.

Review and update existing documentation, ensuring it aligns with the latest standards and is consistent with the source code.
- Provide support to the development team and community in using the documentation, including organizing workshops and training sessions.

Monitor user and community feedback on the documentation, gather feedback, and implement necessary changes.

Maintain and optimize system architecture documentation and create detailed guides for developers and end-users.
- Publish updated documentation on platforms such as GitHub, following best practices for versioning.
You’re a great fit if:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, with a focus on technical documentation in developer environments.
- A deep understanding of software development processes, including familiarity with tools like Git, GitHub, and version control systems.
- The ability to read and understand code to effectively create technical documentation.

Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with technical teams, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation.
- Knowledge of best practices in creating technical documentation, including template design and standard setting.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with documentation and versioning management tools.
- You are skilled in using version control systems like GitHub.
- You can communicate fluently in English.
- You have experience in the blockchain or decentralized applications space (preferred).
It will be a plus if:
- Experience in creating documentation for open-source projects.
- You are enthusiastic about Blockchain, Web3, AI, or Distributed Networks.
