Agile Delivery Coordinator
Godel is looking for an Agile Delivery Coordinator to join one of our delivery teams. The ADC role combines the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and a Project Manager - you are the person who ensures the team has what it needs to deliver, the client knows what to expect, and things keep moving even when the situation is unclear.
We have been on a journey of change over the past years, and AI is the next big shift we are navigating together. We are actively integrating AI tools into how our teams work, and we want people who are genuinely curious about this and willing to learn and experiment alongside us. You do not need to be an AI expert - but you do need to be already paying attention and trying things out.
This is a role with a lot of autonomy and variety. No two projects are the same, and the ability to stay professional and focused when things are uncertain is something we value highly.
We expect candidates to be located in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok.
Responsibilities
Delivery:
Ensure there is a clear understanding of client expectations around delivery scope and timelines
Make sure there is the right environment for the team to succeed - scope-, process-, tools- and skills-wise
Visualise team progress and keep relevant people in sync with forecasted delivery timelines and any changes
Remove obstacles and blockers
Establish a clear process around priorities to make sure the team is consistently delivering value
Use delivery metrics across the SDLC for decision making, progress visualisation, and stakeholder communication
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary contact point for client-side stakeholders
Facilitate constant inspection and improvement of ways of working
Ensure collaboration within the team and all involved parties
Help teams to self-organise and increase transparency and trust
AI Integration:
Participate in AI maturity assessments for delivery teams - evaluate how effectively teams are using AI tools across the SDLC and identify areas for improvement
Support AI adoption efforts on your projects and help teams develop their AI competency over time
Use AI tools in your own delivery work: reporting, analysis, stakeholder communication preparation
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in a software development environment
Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and the ability to apply them in practice, not just in theory
Experience facilitating team processes: planning, retrospectives, stakeholder communication, risk management
Ability to understand client business needs and keep the team focused on delivering value
Communication & Leadership:
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken - Upper Intermediate English minimum
Comfortable being the primary contact for client-side stakeholders
Able to lead without authority and maintain team cohesion in challenging situations
AI Fluency:
We are not expecting you to be an AI specialist. What we are looking for is someone who has already started using AI tools in their work and is genuinely interested in going further.
You actively use LLM-based tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) for day-to-day tasks - drafting, analysis, meeting prep, reporting. The specific tool does not matter; what matters is that you use one
You have a basic understanding of how AI is being applied across the software development lifecycle - coding assistance, testing, planning, documentation
You are open to learning and experimenting with new tools as they emerge
Nice to have:
Experience working on or coordinating a team that uses AI-assisted development tools
Involvement in AI adoption or transformation initiatives, even in an informal capacity
Familiarity with concepts such as human-in-the-loop workflows or prompt engineering basics
