How to join our team
Our recruitment process is transparent and candidate-friendly. From the first contact, we ensure clear communication and quick feedback. You go through several stages that allow us to get to know each other better and jointly assess whether we're a good fit. We want every candidate to feel cared for and have complete information at every stage of the process.
CV Validation
After we receive your CV, it will be reviewed by one of our TA Specialists and the decision will be made about the further steps.Screening

This part includes theoretical questions and possibly solving a practical problem, as well as answering any questions you may have.Decision Stage
