Agile Coach

Our Client is one of the largest product-driven organizations in Poland, operating in the modern retail and e-commerce sector. The company delivers projects on a very large scale, developing digital products and platforms used daily by millions of users.The organization consistently invests in Agile ways of working, product culture, and the continuous maturity of its teams.

We are looking for Agile Coach / Scrum Master who will support product teams and leaders in effectively delivering business value and further developing agility across the entire organization.

📍 WORK MODE: 100% Remote

🧑‍💻 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting product and technology teams in the day-to-day application of Agile methodologies

• Delivering trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions for teams and business stakeholders

• Identifying and removing impediments affecting team effectiveness and workflow

• Working closely with Product Owners, leaders, and stakeholders to improve the value delivery process

• Coaching leaders and teams in Agile mindset, ownership, and ways of working

• Diagnosing areas for change and supporting Agile transformation at both team and organizational levels

• Facilitating Scrum events and modeling best practices

• Co-creating and organizing the product roadmap planning process

• Introducing effectiveness metrics and tools to monitor them

• Building and standardizing processes and best practices

• Ensuring smooth information flow between teams, IT, and business

🔍 REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master

• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience applying them in large organizations

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including in distributed environments

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Experience in delivering workshops and trainings

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle

• Independence, flexibility, and very good work organization

• Proactive attitude and ability to engage stakeholders from different areas of the organization

Nice-to-have:

• Higher education (preferably in IT)

• Very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office tools

• Experience working in retail / e-commerce environments or on large-scale products
