We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team in Wrocław. The main purpose of the project is to provide means for automated validation of a newly designed protocol and quality assurance in functional areas of the protocol-capable devices. The goal of the project is to integrate the protocol within multiple IoT products. To achieve this goal, tooling for reliable and automated testing is required. We will provide test automation services. Our team will participate in necessary standups and sprint planning meetings to align on feature delivery, test readiness & execution. Requirements
- Engineer (QA or DEV) with at least 6 years of professional experience
- Expertise in Python
- Knowledge of any wireless protocols such as GSM related, LoRa
- Experience in QA automation of wireless devices
- Experience or extensive know-how about test frameworks, their limitations, scalability, usability
Nice to have
- Understanding of low-level wireless protocols (communication Lower Layers)
- IoT devices in Mesh Network
Responsibilities
- Contribution in test strategy
- Creation, modification of tests portfolio for optimal feature test coverage
- Python automation of tests
- Test framework enhancements development
- Reporting work statuses to the customer tracking software tooling
- Reporting of defects to the customer tracking software tooling
- Support in development test labs in GL and the customer premises
- Work in off-shore model with an option for short travel to US customer premises
- Participation in daily stand-up meetings, backlog groomings, sprint planning, spring review, demo, milestone definitions
