Senior Test Automation Engineer

We have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Test Automation Engineer who will assume responsibility for ensuring the smooth deployment and running of our nBrace™ Inter-party Automation software solutions for our customers. The candidate must be self-motivated, self-driven, and hands-on. They will work with different stakeholders/teams, both within our product group and our customers.

This is an opportunity to make your mark and shape the delivery-at-scale of an innovative product suite to a rapidly increasing customer base.

TECHNOLOGY:

Python, JSON, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, XML, YAML, SOAP, GitLab, CI/CD, Jira, regression testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, Postman, PyTest, BDD

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4+ years of experience on similar position
• Good knowledge of Python
• Working knowledge of JSON, REST, Kubernetes, Docker and AWS
• Proficiency in parsing data structures technologies - XML, JSON (with XPATH or JSONPATH), and YAML
• Familiarity with Git, GitLab, CI/CD, Postman, and Pipelines in the context of software development.
• Hands-on experience in various testing methodologies, including regression testing, integration testing, acceptance testing
• Ability to work from Jira story tickets.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies

• Experience in working with customers
• Understanding of network services
• Experience contributing to technical design discussions with valuable insights.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and Groovy language
• Experience in performance testing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional DevOps model to ensure seamless integration of development and operations processes.
• Take ownership of maintaining stable end-to-end CI/CD test pipelines, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Report, track, and drive the closure of defects identified during end-to-end testing, actively contributing to the improvement of overall system quality.
• Collaborate with teams operating across different time zones, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remotely, showcasing self-motivation and proficiency with limited supervision.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interaction within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Actively contribute as a team player, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the overall success of the team and projects
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
