Technical Business Analyst (Cloud)

Our client is seeking two experienced Technical Business Analysts with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Airflow, BigQuery, and Composer. The successful candidates will be responsible for gathering requirements, engaging with business stakeholders, and driving the delivery of software development projects.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong technical understanding across GCP or related platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data management services and technologies on GCP, including BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Cloud Storage, Dataproc, and Dataflow.
• Experience in a Business/Data Analyst role with a focus on identifying data requirements and defining specifications aligned with business needs.
• Strong grasp of data modeling concepts, including entity-relationship modeling, data flow diagrams, and conceptual data modeling.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with a preference for Test-Driven Development (TDD) and experience in SIT, UAT, and Production Support.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in an actionable and understandable manner.

Desirable Experience:

• Prior experience in a regulatory industry.
• Experience leading epics and working closely with architects.
• Background in banking or financial services (preferred but not required).
