ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who understands software architecture deeply and can sell a deep-tech product to enterprise customers around the world. You'll own the full sales cycle — discovery, demos, PoCs, negotiations, closing, and renewals — working directly with CTOs, architects, and engineering leaders. You'll work closely with our founders and engineering team on technical validation and demos, serving as the bridge between our technology and the people who will build on top of it.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
End-to-end enterprise sales
Own the full sales process from first contact through discovery, technical demonstration, PoC, negotiation, close, and expansion.
Technical demos and PoCs
Lead technical demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements with engineering-led buyers. Work directly with the founders and engineering team to deliver technically credible validation.
Engineering-level selling
Sell to CTOs, architects, and engineering teams. Your credibility comes from genuine technical depth — you can go deep on architecture conversations, not just slide decks.
Customer relationships
Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships, driving expansion and ensuring customers get lasting value from the platform.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Technical sales or pre-sales experience
Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering — ideally selling technical or infrastructure products to enterprise customers.
Software architecture knowledge
Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. You can hold a credible technical conversation with an architect or engineering lead without bluffing.
Engineering background
A former engineer or someone with strong programming knowledge is preferred. You need to understand what you're selling well enough to earn the trust of people who build systems for a living.
Fluent English
Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be working with enterprise customers globally.
Location
Based in Poland preferred. Fully remote.
THE TEAM
A small, technical team working directly with the founders. You'll have a short feedback loop to engineering and real influence over how the product is positioned and sold. This is an early hire with meaningful scope from day one.
