PROJECT INFORMATION:

Project details: We are looking for 3 open-minded and experienced ServiceNow Developers to support two projects in the implementation and stabilization area.

Location: Warsaw

Hybrid work: twice per week from the Warsaw office

Project length: Long-term

Assignment type: B2B contract

Process: 1 interview with me & 2 with the Client

Emagine is seeking skilled ServiceNow Developers to support our exciting ITSM implementation projects. We are looking for senior consultants with a minimum of 3-5 years of Servicenow experience to join our teams and deliver high-quality solutions. You will act as an integral part of our client's projects while being hired directly by emagine, a company dedicated to fostering talent and maintaining a dynamic work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in scoping and analysis to ensure comprehensive project understanding.
• Design solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
• Deliver customer-focused outcomes, directly collaborating with existing teams.
• Support the identification and removal of technical debt, ensuring platform stability.
• Backfill for existing employees in various capacities as needed.
• Contribute to stabilization efforts and the rollback of customizations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in design and delivery of ITSM solutions.
• Experience in supporting and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Ability to understand and mitigate technical debt.
• Excellent communication skills for effective project execution.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• The candidate must be physically located in Poland.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Strong understanding of Service Management best practices.
