Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows

• Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies

• Support and optimize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and ensure data consistency

• Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and support platform enhancements

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting concepts

• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices

• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, third-party systems)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
