SAP Operations Reporting Specialist- RFP-251005-1 for Syensqo SA

We are looking for a SAP Operations Reporting Specialist to join our data team, supporting the SAP BW/BO/SAC Service. The ideal candidate will manage, monitor, and provide support for SAP environments, primarily SAP BW, ensuring system reliability and performance. This role requires a strong focus on incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous process optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor SAP BW systems and proactively address incidents and service requests.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate operational workflows.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and best practices.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in SAP BW; experience with BO/SAC operations is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Environments (Hana / ECC, BW, and familiarity with BO/SAC).
• Familiarity with SQL, ABAP, and scripting for data transformations and automation.
• Ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business users.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in BMC Helix and/or JIRA for ticket/task management and Confluence for documentation.
• Good knowledge of RUN Service and experience with development.
