Overview:


We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to provide 2nd and 3rd line support for SAP S/4HANA systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, configuring SAP FI/CO modules, and working closely with IT teams and clients to ensure system stability and efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus).
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support for SAP FICO modules and customer-specific solutions.
  • Conduct detailed problem analysis to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with 1st-Level Support and IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by handling support topics effectively.
  • Analyze and report on ticket trends to identify potential system improvements.
  • Lead and execute minor projects and system changes based on customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support issues, solutions, and system changes.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules (SD module knowledge is a plus).
  • Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2SL, including Central Business Configuration, IAS, and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Knowledge of third-party system integration with SAP FI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with ticket management systems for tracking support issues.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and managed service models.
  • Good project management skills for small-scale system changes.
  • Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
