Product Tech Lead - AI Solutions - high-level architectural ownership (h/f)

Are you an experienced Product Tech Lead with strong AI, data platform, and cloud architecture expertise?

emagine has an opportunity for you to design, architect, and drive the delivery of a strategic AI‑powered internal product, supporting a global sales organisation with data‑driven insights and intelligent tools.

The Role

You will act as Product Tech Lead within a startup-style AI initiative, owning the end‑to‑end technical vision and delivery of a scalable, enterprise-grade AI solution. Working closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders, you’ll balance hands-on technical leadership with high-level architectural ownership.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in software engineering and solution architecture, including several years in a technical leadership role

• Proven track record designing and delivering scalable AI and data platforms in enterprise environments

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, plus exposure to additional languages (e.g. C#, Java, Scala)

• Deep experience with cloud-based data and AI ecosystems (data platforms, data lakes, analytics layers, AI services)

• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance

• Experience designing batch and real-time data pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data

• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and integration patterns

• Practical experience with DevOps / MLOps / LLMOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum environments and leading senior technical teams

• Fluent English required; French is a plus

Key Tasks & Deliverables

• Define and own the end-to-end technical and data architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and future-proof design

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (software, data, AI engineers, data scientists)

• Drive the delivery of AI-powered and data-intensive features, including LLM-based use cases

• Design and oversee data pipelines, data products, and model lifecycle management in a cloud environment

• Own the data layer, including modeling, data quality, governance, and compliance

• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP / CRM platforms)

• Oversee DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps pipelines, enabling reliable production deployments
